Shipping Information
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship with USPS. First Class Service to the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship with USPS, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that your shipment will likely arrive in your International country in 8 to 20 days from the day your order is fulfilled.

At this time, we do not ship worldwide. If your country is not listed and you really want to place your order and have us ship to you, send us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Lovingly Organics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please accept our apologies for any frustrations this may cause.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lovinglyorganics@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lovinglyorganics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For Any Returns:
We recommend using a traceable shipping service (or purchasing shipping insurance), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund, which will be processed accordingly.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less $15.00 charge for bank fees we are penalized with for the return, and will be done within 5 business days.
